[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two children I always knew I hadn’t done enough to work on my pelvic floor muscle but thought this was something that would just sort itself out. It really didn’t.
When a friend told me about Elvie i wasn’t entirely convinced as it wasn’t something I’d heard about before but all I can say is it’s fantastic. 
So the actual egg is small, palm size approximately with a smooth rubber exterior. Don’t be put off by inserting as it is very easy. There are clear instructions given and a diagram of what to do. 
You need to download the app as this is what tracks your strength.
I was really shocked how quick the set up is it’s done in around 2 mins.
Once inserted it connects to your phone and there’s a ruby on the screen that rises when you contract your muscles so you visually get to see how strong your muscles are then it sets tasks and challenges throughout.
The only con is that it can lose connection mid way if the phone is not held close enough to your midriff.
Overall though the product is amazing!

Discreet but powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having children a lot of women don't have a fantastic pelvic floor. I am one of those after 2 children. I was sceptical about the device but all I can say is its brilliant! I have been using it twice a day every day for the past 2 weeks and can already feel a difference in my pelvic floor. It is easy to use (especially with the app), easy to clean and very discrete. Charging is no problem with the integrated case and charger all in one. 

The app is really great and I have had no connection issues at all. You can really see your pelvic floor strength increasing as you use it regularly and follow the exercises.

The product itself is a very sleek and feminine. The battery is great that it’s chargable. I love that you connect it to your phone to do the exercises and can see your progress from one work out to the next. Before using this product when I exercised I could sometimes be a little incontinent. Since using this product this is no longer a problem. I only had to use it for 5 minutes a day, 3 times a week for a few weeks to notice such a big difference. I couldn’t recommend this product enough. Go and buy one!

WOW WOW WOW

After 3 children my pelvic floor muscles wernt what they used to be but I was lax about doing any legal exercises I would often forget and do them as and when. This product changed that I realised I had not been doing the exercises right, with the app you have specific tasks to work towards and it gives you a break down off how you did after each workout allowing you to see how you can progress. You can also set up alerts daily if you are like me and have a habit off forgetting. The product comes in a small case that is also its charging station the colour is very calming and tranquil which i felt puts you at ease, instructions are easy to folow and user friendly, overall I love this product and have already recommended it to friends and family members I believe it is a product every women should own.

My new favourite product

The product itself is a very sleek and modern and it has a rechargeable battery. I love that I can connect it to my phone via the app. I can complete the exercises and monitor my progress from one work out to the next. Before I began using this product I was a little incontinent but having used this product for a couple of weeks I am noticing a big difference. I only use it for 5-10 minutes a day, approx 3 times a week so it's super convenient and discreet. I'm very happy I was able to try this product and that it makes a slight issue a bit less embarrassing. Highly recommend.

Does Exactly What It Says

I got this about a month ago, i have been using it every day except when I’m on my period & when I’m lazy. After a few weeks, you really notice a difference & i think he can too. But he won’t say anything since he knows I’m quite shy, but he was very happy. I’ve become more sensitive too. :D my purpose of purchasing this was to improve my pelvic muscles and it did.
I did occasionally have some issues at the start sometimes before my workout, it kept slipping out, u need to use ur pelvic muscles and squeeze up to help it stay in.

I know it's a personal item but when you pay $200 for something that can't be returned you're really hoping they've got a product that works.   Very dissatisfied with product/company and Walmart for selling it.
