I received this 20 inch faux topiary plant, and am very happy with the way it looks and the light up function. It can be used indoor or outdoor and emits a warm white glow when used with the battery pack. I love the built in timer function which works for six hours on and eighteen hours off on 3 AA batteries. It has a waterproof cord and battery case, but I think when I put it outside, I will enclose the battery pack in a plastic bag for added protection. I don’t want it to stop working because as I said it is pretty but also functional. This summer I started using faux hanging plants outside, and I love the convenience of using faux plants instead of the real thing. They look very realistic and require no daily watering. I live in the Midwest, so I will not bring this outside until next spring, but I am thinking of ordering a second one for the opposite side of my door, and it will be a cheerful welcome for my guests, and light up my entranceway at night. It also adds to safety at night when walking up the stairs.

So Bright And Functional!

I really like the faux topiary plant from Better Homes & Gardens. It is 12 inches wide, 12 inches deep and 20 inches high. It is designed for outdoor use. The concrete base is heavy enough that it shouldn't fall over in most wind storms. The leaves are realistic, unless you come close to the plant then you can tell the leaves are made of a plastic. (Plastic leaves would be necessary for a faux outdoor planter.) If you add 3 AA batteries it will light up using LED lights for 6 hours on then 18 hours off. This planter also comes with a 1 year warranty.

I recommend this outdoor faux planter

This artificial topiary is very nice to look at and the foliage is pretty realistic.This is pretty large and measures approximately 19" tall. The base measures 8" wide and 10.4" tall. This comes in a lightweight faux concrete pot which makes it easier to move around. It also has battery operated miniature clear lights that can be set to automatically cycle on and off or manually.
This is suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

REALISTIC

I love these topiary planters. They look real, the timers for the lights are wonderful and  I get so many compliments on them. They're a great addition to my front porch.

This Topiary is absolutely beautiful, just what I was hoping for. 
When I ordered I was worried, if it would travel well.
The company did not disappoint it was packed well, and delivered just perfect. 
I would defiantly order again, in fact I probably will !

Beautiful!

I love this faux topiary and the fact that it lights up is
just a bonus. It has a nice evenly round shape that you
cannot easily see into because of the thick foliage. The 
base is a heavy resin, I think, and certainly will stay
upright easily even in a little wind. The lights can be
steady or a slow flash and have a six hour timer. I am a 
sucker for home decor that lights up but it has to have
a timer or I am not interested. Right now it is fall but as
soon as it is time to decorate for Christmas there will be
a pretty bow tied around the base to sit at our front door. 
Now I am thinking I might need to get another to flank the 
door on either side. So pleased with yet another Better Homes
and Gardens item.

I waited a very long time to receive this after ordering it. I live where there are several streets with the same name only the ending is different such as Avenue, Street, Terrace, Way, etc... I say this because a lot of people complain where I live about not receiving packages and it's unfortunate because I know many people in my gated community have complained because of the similarities in all of the street names, they aren't getting all of their packages. I write all of this because it took me a long time to finally get this topiary. I'm happy I did finally get it because it's perfect for where I wanted it - right by my front door next to my cute little paw mat. I like it to look warm and inviting and this does it. I just need to figure out how to work the LED lights and then I know it will look very pretty every night when the lights go on. In the meantime I've attached a picture to see the size.

This is a cute plant and it looks reasonably real from a distance. I bought it to provide some additional lighting near my front door where solar lights won't work.  However, the battery case hangs off the plant on the back with no place to hide it from the weather. I put the battery pack in a plastic bag and I don't leave it lit for a long time. If you are planning to place the plant someplace that is uncovered, this isn't a good option.
