McCormick nutmeg has to be used when I'm preparing sweet potato pie a long with some of there other spices. This brand will always be my go to when preparing any food or dessert.

I bought this because I wanted to make some muffins and this was the perfect size because I only wanted to make a small batch of them. The flavor is great and just enough for what I needed.

Didn't receive nutmeg and now it shows out of stock.So it probably never was pulled.Can you please issue me the credit on the nutmeg only.

Missing item

I couldn't get the lid off to remove the seal.  After finding a YouTube video about this problem I used a water pump pliers to take off the lid.  This happened with two separate spices, nutmeg and caraway.  You guys should start selling water pump pliers, it could be a new income stream.  Even so, the spices themselves are good.

Love this nutmeg. My grandmother and mom have been using McCormick spices and seasonings since I was little. Rich in color anf flavor. Always consitant on taste. Lasts forever amd still holds the flavor. I trust the ingredients in this for my family.

Tiny jar. The lid was impossible to get off so I could remove the paper seal. Spice is good but packaging isn't. When I finally got the lid off I had to use a different jar to put the nutmeg in because the lid was hacked to pieces. Won't buy this size ever again.

I Can't get the lid off.  It seems glued onto the bottle.  I have tried pliers to get it off.  nothing works

Wish I could give it no stars!  I couldn't get the lid off...  Doesn't twist or pry off.  I used a toothpick to poke holes through the paper seal so I could use it for a recipe and threw the rest away.
