I was initially skeptics but I bought it anyways because my doctor raves about this. BEST decision I've made. The measurements are super accurate but what I love most is that they give insights on why somethings working and why it's not by connecting to your sleep and activity data. It's so much more than just a scale. My wife and I use at least a few times a week...Cs reply is a little slow but overall great product and experience

Very accurate results...I've tested it

It repeated the same digits until I teased it with about 40lbs in between. Then I finally got a different result.
I hope Walmart will take it back.

Kept repeating the same number for over a week !!!

DON'T BUY. I bought this scale for my husband for his birthday after seeing lots of “influencers” rave about it. It connected to his phone ONCE and hasn't worked since. I reached out to customer service. They replied back with “rate your answer you received” but I never received any help. I also had to google translate this message because it was sent in French. Highly disappointed. I know this scale has mostly 5 stars reviews but if I can change one person's mind on buying this scale then that is my goal.

Poor customer service

Ordered through FitTracks website on August 7.  They said they were preparing my order August 17.  Did not hear from them in over a month so I emailed them for an update on September 10. They said it would not be available 2-3 more weeks so I requested to cancel my order. Surprisingly, they said they could no longer cancel my order because they already shipped it a couple hours before they responded to my email. Package finally arrived September 21, over 6 weeks after I ordered, and the scale is defective, does not turn on. The quality of the scale is also not great, it feels flimsy under your feet when you stand on it. I email them for a refund and they keep on insisting that I can get a replacement. After my 4th request for a refund, they finally say they have  submitted a request to their "back-end team and kindly advised that a member of our customer success team will get back to you within 5-7 business days with a resolution for the RMA label and full refund." So someone will contact me in 5-7 business days to maybe get a refund? An RMA label should take minutes to make. But apparently this customer service rep who was perfectly capable of shipping me a new unit plus send me a return label for the defective unit, was unable to send me a return label when I just wanted a refund. AVOID
